Success coaches in the Pamela Lavin Bernstein Center for Advising are essential to welcoming new students to Alfred University and getting them connected to our community early in the onboarding process. They keep in regular contact with first-year students, are first responders to Navigate alerts and serve as case managers for students on academic probation.
